LLC Setup Packages (servicing all 50 states)
Our fee to file a single member LLC (in one state) is $1,197. This does not include filing fees, which vary by state.
This fee includes:
- 30 Minute Attorney Strategy Call
- Standard Processing times (7-14 days)
- Preparation and filing your Articles
- Application for an EIN/Tax ID
- Simple Operating Agreement
- Registered Agent Services for the first year
- Filing your beneficial ownership form (BOI) with FinCEN
Expedited service is available for an additional fee.
USPTO Trademark Watch Service
If you have already registered a trademark, then it is vitally important that you monitor and enforce your trademark rights.
We have created a trademark watch service that seamlessly does this for you.
For one low annual fee per trademark, we will monitor the USPTO for any newly filed marks that may be confusing similar to your trademark. When we find one that could be problematic, we will email you with additional information and options for what you can do legally to protect your brand.
